This study explores the state of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) inclusion in Tanzania, focusing on a comparative analysis of five affordable non-state schools. It examines how these schools identify, support, and integrate learners with diverse needs, highlighting both challenges and effective practices. The research provides insights into access, teaching strategies, resource availability, and institutional approaches to inclusive education within low-cost private schooling contexts. By comparing multiple schools, the study offers practical recommendations for improving inclusive education and strengthening support systems for children with disabilities in similar settings.
