Rotimi Ilesanmi is a seasoned banking and finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services, education finance, and business development. As Technical Assistance Advisor at Opportunity EduFinance, he works closely with financial institutions and school leaders across Nigeria to strengthen financial management practices, improve school business performance, and expand access to education-focused financing.
He has trained more than 2,000 school leaders across 19 states in practical financial management, covering budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning, helping schools build stronger financial foundations and become more investment-ready.
Rotimi has also played a key role in expanding Opportunity EduFinance's network of partner financial institutions in Nigeria, contributing to increased access to financing for affordable private schools and supporting growth in education lending nationwide.
A strong advocate for sustainable and green financing, he promotes investments in solar energy, water and sanitation, energy efficiency, and climate-resilient infrastructure as practical solutions that reduce operating costs while creating sustainable growth opportunities for schools.
Before joining Opportunity EduFinance, Rotimi spent 12 years at Zenith Bank, holding leadership positions in banking operations, business development, and branch management. He holds a Master's degree in Treasury Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Bayero University Kano and is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner.

Mrs. Mojisola Adegboye is an education entrepreneur and school leader with a strong background in business, leadership, and educational management. With over 18 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, she brings extensive expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and financial management.
She is the Founder and Executive Director/CEO of Greenhall Schools Limited, established in 2012, where she has led the growth and development of a thriving learning community committed to delivering quality education.
Mrs. Adegboye holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Insurance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
