Research: Improving the Quality of Learning for Disadvantaged School Children in Ghana

Opportunity EduFinance is seeking a qualified research firm or consultant to conduct the endline impact analysis of its Improving the Quality of Learning for Disadvantaged School Children in Ghana project.

The research will assess the impact of the EduQuality programme on learners’ literacy outcomes by comparing participating affordable non-state schools with a matched group of non-participating schools across the Greater Accra and Ashanti regions. The study will involve ASER literacy assessments, comparative data analysis, and the conversion of learning gains into Equivalent Years of Schooling (EYOS) to measure progress towards the project’s educational attainment target.

Interested research firms and consultants with relevant experience in education research, literacy assessments, and impact evaluation are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals by 10 November 2026.
