Timothy SimuyembaSenior Education Specialist (Zambia)

Timothy Simuyemba is a Senior Education Specialist with the EduQuality program in Zambia.   

Timothy previously worked as a Development Facilitator for World Vision Zambia and as a Community Develop Facilitator for Plan International. His work involved project management of education projects in a cluster area programme. His specific responsibilities included capacity building of teachers, community volunteers, project staff and other stakeholders in a literacy project model that focused on improving quality of education for early grades. He also facilitated the start-up of an early childhood education pilot project. 

Prior to this he worked as a secondary school teacher for four years. He holds a Bachelor of Adult Education and a Teaching Methodology Certificate.
