Shoba C PSchool Support Specialist ( India )

Shoba C P is a School Support Specialist with the EduQuality program in India. She supports schools in Coimbatore under the EduQuality programme, helping schools translate best practices into meaningful impact for students.

Prior to joining Opportunity International, Shoba worked as a Cluster Lead at The Banyan NGO in Tamil Nadu, leading initiatives in the homelessness sector. She also served as a Lecturer at Atria University, teaching courses on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion for undergraduate students. Shoba has also worked with CS Academy International School as a Global Perspectives teacher, fostering critical thinking and global awareness among school students.

Shoba received her MA from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Social Work with a specialization in the field of Mental Health and BA in History from Bharathiar University.
