Samuel Fant Kombian is a Research and Knowledge Manager for Opportunity International EduFinance, based in Ghana.

Samuel Fant Kombian is the Research and Knowledge Manager for Opportunity International EduFinance, based in Ghana.Samuel is responsible for supporting the implementation of the EduFinance 3-Year Research and Learning Agenda. This includes leading the design of research projects aligned with key research questions and supporting data analysis and final publication of research outputs whilst ensuring alignment with EduFinance learning objectives.

Prior to joining the Education Finance Team, Samuel Fant was the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Advisor of the UKAID-funded Ghana Somubi Dwumadia Program, serving as the strategic lead and day-to-day focal point for all MEL functions. He supported the successful implementation of the USAID Ghana Justice Sector Support (JSS) Activity as the Deputy Chief of Party: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).

Samuel Fant holds an MSc in Project Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, and a BSc in Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
