Rudy ChicMonitoring and Evaluation Associate (Guatemala)

Rudy Chic is a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at Opportunity International EduFinance, based in Guatemala. 

Prior to joining the Education Finance team, Rudy worked as a Monitoring, Follow-up, Learning, and Project Formulation Officer at Paz y Desarrollo. He also worked as a Comprehensive Risk Management and Humanitarian Action Officer for COCIGER, a national organization of humanitarian assistance. Furthermore, he performed as a Youth Participatory Processes Specialist and Educator in child and youth participation and protection for Save the Children.

Rudy has a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Linguistics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Local Environmental Management from San Carlos de Guatemala University. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, with a specialization in Neurolearning, from the Rafael Landívar University.
