Robinah ZaweddeSchool Finance Access Manager (Uganda)
Robinah Zawedde is a School Finance Access Manager on the Opportunity International EduFinance Education Financial Products (EFP) team based in Uganda. She leads the global strategy and implementation of the School Leadership Academy, supporting school leaders to access financial services from partner financial institutions.
With over 14 years of experience in education leadership, Robinah has supported school improvement across 9 African countries. Her past roles include Head Education Specialist for Africa, East Africa, and Uganda. She brings firsthand experience as a school principal and has international teaching experience in the United States.
Robinah is passionate about transforming education systems through leadership and innovation. She is known for her strong mentoring and results-driven approach to school improvement.
Robinah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Makerere University, an MBA from Uganda Management Institute, International Leadership in Education from Kent State University, and Innovation and Creativity from the University of Pennsylvania. She specializes in teaching, capacity & content, development, reporting & analysis, project coordination, business management, and educational program design.
