Polycarp WaswaEducation Specialist (Western Kenya)
Polycarp Waswa is an Education Specialist with the EduQuality program based in Kitale, and working in West Pokot and Trans Nzoia counties.
Before joining the EduQuality program, Polycarp was working with Women Education Researchers of Kenya (WERK). He was the officer in charge of Narok county in a program dubbed ‘Let All Children Go To School’. Polycarp also worked with Research Tringle International (RTI), where he was an instructional coach for the ‘Tayari’ program which was aimed at strengthening Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) teachers, school managers, and parents’ capacities for improvement in education provision in low-cost private schools in Nairobi. Polycarp also coordinated the ‘Aflatoon and Aflateen’ program under the Action for Child Development Trust in Western Kenya.
Polycarp holds a Master of Early Childhood Education degree from Kenyatta University, Kenya, and a Bachelor of Education degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education from Kampala International University in Uganda.
