Patrick AisuEducation Specialist (Uganda)
Patrick Aisu is an Education Specialist for the EduQuality program in Uganda.
Patrick has over 15 years of experience in the education sector. Prior to joining the Education Finance team, Patrick was a System Strengthening Coordinator for the Strengthening Education System for Improved Learning (SESIL) Project led by Cambridge Education. Patrick also oversaw the implementation of Community Led Learning (CLL) activities and other community engagement activities in Kapchorwa District Local Government. While working for World Vision International Uganda as an Education Program Officer, Patrick promoted the adoption of recommended education management practices and effectively networked with the Omoro district stakeholders. In 2013, while working for Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO), Nepal as an Education Management Volunteer, Patrick used training and coaching skills to develop an education system. He worked with local NGO partners and Resource Persons to support special programs in schools through capacity-building training on child-centered, anti-discrimination, and disability management approaches.
Patrick holds a BA in Democracy & Development Studies and a Diploma in Education from Uganda Martyrs University. He is also currently pursuing a Master of Development Studies from the same university.
