Noopur PanditSchool Finance Access Coordinator (India)

Noopur Pandit is a School Finance Access Coordinator at Opportunity International Edufinance, based in India.
She supports EduFinance’s School Finance Access work in India by helping affordable schools build financial management skills & access financing to strengthen and sustain their schools.

Noopur has over nine years of experience across the education and social sector in India, working with schools, nonprofit organisations, and government systems to design and strengthen education programmes.

Prior to joining Opportunity International EduFinance, Noopur served as Head of Program Design and Monitoring & Evaluation at Pratima Charitable Foundation, where she designed impact frameworks and monitoring systems for multi-sector rural development initiatives. Earlier, she worked at Peepul, where she designed and delivered teacher professional development programmes reaching over 300,000 educators in India’s public education system.

Early in her career, Noopur was part of the Teach For India Fellowship, a leadership movement working to expand educational opportunity for children in underserved communities.

Noopur holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore and an integrated MSc in Biotechnology from the University of Pune.
