Naeem SarganaEducation Specialist (Pakistan)
Naeem Sargana is an Education Specialist with the EduQuality program in Pakistan.
Naeem has over 18 years of experience in the education and development sector with government and INGOs. Prior to joining the Education Finance team, he was working with the International Rescue Committee for the USAID-funded Pakistan Reading Project as a Policy and Systems Coordinator and Teacher Training Coordinator. Here, he oversaw the education sector policy reforms with the Ministry of Federal Education. He also managed in-service and pre-service teacher training initiatives and scholarship programs with government sector schools & universities. Previously, he worked as an Education Coordinator with INGO Plan International and managed different programs. He also served as a District Literacy Officer with the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.
Naeem Sargana received his Master of Philosophy degree in Educational Planning & Management from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad, Pakistan. Naeem also has a Master of Education degree from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan. Additionally, he completed an MSc. Gender and Women’s Studies degree from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
