Lucy KabalisaTechnical Assistance Advisor (Zambia)

Lucy Kabalisa is an Advisor for the Opportunity International EduFinance Technical Assistance team, working with our financial institution partners in Zambia.

As a career banker with 16 years’ experience, Lucy has covered a broad range of businesses.

Lucy served Opportunity Bank Uganda Limited in the capacities of Senior Manager, Institutional Banking up to December 2020, Regional Manager and Branch Manager respectively.

Prior to joining Opportunity Bank Uganda Ltd in May 2017, Lucy spent 12 years at Centenary Bank Ltd Uganda where she began her career in 2001 as a Banking officer, rose through the ranks to Branch Supervisor, Branch Accountant, Regional Supervisor and Branch Manager. Lucy holds a BA Degree in Business Administration and Management, from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi.

Lucy lives in Lusaka, Zambia with her husband Denis and two children. In her spare time she enjoys prayer, reading, listening to gospel and country music, reaching out to help people through ministry and training.
