Khaled AlnasharMonitoring and Evaluation Manager (UK)

Khaled Alnashar is the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Opportunity International EduFinance, based in the UK. Khaled leads a global team overseeing M&E infrastructure development, focusing on data quality control and data collection methods. Khaled also manages special data projects, collaborating on key insights, and aligning work plans with the Education Quality department for robust decision-making.

Prior to joining the EduFinance team, Khaled was a monitoring and evaluation officer leading the design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system for the UK programme at the International Rescue Committee. Khaled also worked as a monitoring and evaluation consultant with the UN World Food Programme in the Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire and Syria.

Khaled received his MSc in International Planning and Development from Cardiff University, UK, and a BSc from the Higher Institute of Business Administration in Damascus, Syria.
