Justin NtuguloEducation Specialist Assistant (DRC)

Justin Ntugulo is an Education Specialist Assistant with the EduQuality program at Opportunity EduFinance, based in the DRC.

Before joining the EduQuality team, Justin spent several years as a Teacher and School Director in various schools in the DRC, accumulating eight years of experience. He has played multiple roles in the humanitarian sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including serving as Project Manager for Education, Literacy, Gender Promotion, and Income-Generating Activities (AGR) with the NGO Ligue Anti-Chômage in partnership with the World Food Program (WFP/USAID) for approximately two years. He was also a Focal Point and Secretary at the Coordination Office for Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and Co-Lead of the Education Cluster in the Nyunzu territory of the Tanganyika province in the DRC. Additionally, he worked as an Education Officer at IRC.

Justin holds a State Diploma in General Pedagogy from the Tupendane Institute of Bukavu and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences from the Higher Institute of Commerce of BUKAVU (ISC BUKAVU). Throughout his career, he has completed several training programs in education, project design and management, program/project monitoring and evaluation, and protection.
