Isack LumuliEducation Specialist, ECCE (Tanzania)

Isack is an Education Specialist, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) with the EduQuality program at Opportunity EduFinance, based in Tanzania.

Prior joining Opportunity International EdFinance, Isack was working as a Director of Education (DoE) at International Missionary Society (IMS) overseeing the operations and implementation of Education Programs in Private Schools for 3 years. Isack also worked as Education Principal (EP) with Nyamata Foundation, while coordinated teachers ans school leaders training and mentorship programs for low-cost private schools for both Pre and Primary schools for 2 years.

With Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MOEST), Isack served as an Education Officers II, provided leadership support and technical guidance to education staff in the operations of education programs and projects for 3 years.

Isack worked as Head of School (Principal) and classroom teacher teaching Mathematics and Geography for secondary and primary schools and literacy, numeracy and role play for pre-school students at Faraja Seminary (Moshi) and Martin Luther School (Dodoma) respectively for 6 years. 

Isack holds Master Degree of Education in Educational Planning and Administration (MEDPA) from Mwenge Catholic University (MWECAU), and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Education (PDGIE) at Dar es Salaam International Academy (DIA). He also graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Education in Arts (B.ED) at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) and a Diploma of Journalism and Mass Communication at the Uzima Institute (UI). Isack holds a certificate of Hospitality at the Institute Worldwide College (IWW) and was also awarded a certificate of Education in Emergencies (EiE) from UNICEF.

Isack is currently pursuing a PhD in Education specialized in Educational Planning and Administration (PhD in Ed EPA) at Mwenge Catholic University and Master of Divinity and Biblical studies (M.DIV) from Global University (USA) in collaboration with Pan-African Theological Seminary (PAThs).
