Ida Najat IddrisuEducation Specialist (Ghana)

Iddrisu Ida Najat is an Education Specialist with the EduQuality program at Opportunity International EduFinance, based in Ghana.

Prior to joining the EduFinance team, Ida worked with Rising Academies Network as a Regional Performance Manager, directly managing five school performance managers. She was also involved in training, monitoring, coaching, and conducting daily school visits to a total of 85 public schools in Northern Ghana, as a part of the Ghana Education Outcome Project (GEOP). With 11 years of professional teaching experience, Ida taught Mathematics at the Senior High Level.

Ida holds an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and is an advocate of gender equality and social inclusion.
