Bright Elorm LumorCommunications Associate (Ghana)

Bright Elorm Lumor is a Communication Associate with Opportunity International Edufinance, based in Ghana. He is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of communication plans that align with the organization's goals, creating and distributing content, and managing relationships with media outlets and other stakeholders.

Before joining Opportunity International EduFinance, Elorm built a diverse professional background spanning media, training, technology, and design, which laid a strong foundation for his role in communications and digital storytelling. Alongside broadcasting, he served as a Tutor at NEGOS HUB, delivering training in Microsoft Office Suite and UI Design to over 70 learners, strengthening his skills in visual communication and content creation while simplifying complex concepts. He also gained industry exposure through internships in telecommunications and digital design. At Telecel Ghana, he served as a Network Administration and Enterprise Intern, handling network troubleshooting, device installation, and field operations, thereby enhancing his technical understanding, coordination, problem-solving, and structured reporting skills. At Ideation Axis, Elorm worked remotely on UI design and educational projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying skills in graphic design, user interface design, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.  

Elorm acquired a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Mines and Technology.
