Juan Vega is a Senior Technical Assistance Advisor for the Opportunity International EduFinance Technical Assistance team, working with our financial parters across Latin America. 

Juan has more than 25 years' experience as a consultant and expert advisor to corporations, banks, and microfinance organizations. He has contributed heavily to profound changes and improvements in financial education, corporate governance, management development, product development, and risk management across 20 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America – influencing pro-poor improvements in more than 50 financial institutions.

Juan has consulted with Include Enclude Solutions, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Swiss Capacity Building Facility, Ernst & Young, and has worked as a manager within international financial institutions including Citibank and BBA.
