Shula GlyminSenior Education Specialist (Ghana)
Shula Glymin is a Senior Education Specialist with the EduQuality program in Ghana.
Shula comes to the Opportunity International Education Quality team from a 15-year teaching career at the Lincoln Community School in Ghana.
Shula also is a founding and executive member of The Educators’ Network (TEN), which is a group of internationally-trained teachers who support teaching and learning improvement in the schools of Ghana. She has regularly conducted in-school trainings and teacher training conferences across the country for more than a decade, and believes strongly in the importance of professional development of teachers in research-based teaching methodologies in order to bring equality to labour market competitiveness among tomorrow’s adults, offering every young person the opportunity to play a meaningful role in society.
She holds a Master of Education degree and a BA in French and Linguistics.
