Serge MusubaoProgram Manager, CATALYZE EduFinance (DRC)

Serge Musubao is a Program Manager, CATALYZE EduFinance and is based in DRC.

Prior to joining the Education Finance team, Serge was an Impact evaluation consultant, conducting the Central Project Evaluation for the RESE project with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Hamilton Lugar School for International and Global Studies about the water sector as a (large data quality audit) project manager. Serge was also the Program manager of a large project against poverty with Give Directly.

Serge received his LLM from the Catholic University of Bukavu in International Treaty Law, and a prestigious diploma from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences in International Development.
