Kaitlynn SaldanhaProduct Development Lead Consultant (UK)

Kaitlynn is a Product Development Lead Consultant for the northern Ghana project implemented by Opportunity International.  

Kaitlynn leads development and coordination of professional development for school leaders and teachers in 213 low-cost private schools in Northern Ghana. In particular, Kaitlynn is responsible for integrating a foundational literacy programme with EduQuality programming.

Prior to joining the team, Kaitlynn led research and programmes at the Luminos Fund, with a focus on curriculum development, teacher training and early grade reading instruction for marginalized children. She began her career working in education innovation, school improvement and education quality in India’s low-cost private school sector over a decade ago.

Kaitlynn holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MPhil in Education and International Development from the University of Cambridge.
