Juliana Martínez Cuéllar is a Technical Assistance Advisor for Colombia at Opportunity International EduFinance.
Prior to joining the EduFinance team, Juliana was a strategic communications advisor for the vehicle safety initiative at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator. Before that, she was part of the High Presidential Communications Council in Colombia where she was an analyst in public opinion research, and Director of Strategic Communications where she supported the negotiation of the peace agreement and designed the communications strategy for peacebuilding. In 2020 she advised the President of Ecuador on communications strategy. Currently, she is also part of the advisory team of the Decentralization Mission coordinated by the National Planning Department.
Juliana has an undergraduate degree in Physics from Suffolk University, Boston, a postgraduate degree in Risk and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes, a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, and a certificate degree in Neuroscience.
