Harrison AhorgbaFinancial Innovation Associate (Ghana)

Harrison Ahorgba is a Financial Innovation Associate at Opportunity International EduFinance, based in Ghana. Harrison supports the Education Finance team on the USAID/OI Northern Ghana Project for Low-Cost Private Schools.

Prior to joining the Education Finance team, Harrison was the Head, of Operations, Sales and Distribution at Affinity Ghana Savings and Loans, and the VP of Sales and Distribution at InvestCorp Asset Management LTD. He has also held strategic roles at various banks including OmniBsic Bank Ghana LTD, SIC Life Savings and Loans LTD, BEIGE Capital Savings and Loans LTD, and more.

Harrison holds an MA in Conflict, Peace, and Security from Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center.  He has a Commonwealth Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from KNUST. At Accra Business School, he also acquired an Executive Mastery Certificate in Strategic Marketing. Harrison also holds a BSc. Admin. (Accounting) from Central University College, and a HND in Accountancy from Accra Technical University.
