Freddy Kabala Mbayi is an Education Specialist with the EduQuality program in DRC.
Prior to joining Opportunity International, Freddy worked as a Team Leader responsible for increasing vulnerable children's access to education
at ACCELERE USAID / UKAID.
Previously, Freddy was coordinator of the Better Education For Africa's Rise (BEAR) Project for the reform of short-term vocational training at the UNESCO Office in Kinshasa and coordinator of the Adolescent Participation and Development (PDA) and Integrated Development of Young Child (DIJE) at the UNICEF East Zone Office in Goma Education.
Freddy obtained his graduate degree in applied chemistry and physical education from ISP Mbujimayi before earning a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management and Sanitation. Freddy is completing his Master 2 in Training and Employment Systems Engineering at ENSFEA University of Toulouse.
