David TumusingizeEducation Specialist (Uganda)

David Tumusingize is an education specialist at Opportunity International EduFinance in Uganda.

David has worked as an educationist for over ten years in both Uganda and Rwanda. Before joining the team, David worked as a training consultant with Abnest Consultancy Ltd as well as an English Language trainer, and regional school-based mentor under Rwanda Education Board. David further worked as a classroom teacher of English language and literature in English at both Ordinary and Advanced levels and was promoted to the Head of Department languages at Crested SS Makindye and Kisubi high school.

David has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Makerere University and Master of Education in Curriculum Instruction & Leadership from Concordia University.
