Anne NjineHead Education Specialist (Kenya)

Anne Njine is the Head Education Specialist with the EduQuality program in Kenya.

Anne has worked within the Education space in Kenya for the last 15 years. Prior to joining Opportunity International, Anne worked as a Play Manager for Kidogo Early Years for 3 years where she implemented Quality Education through designing a play-based approach aligned to the Kenya Basic Curriculum Framework, 2008 and through mentoring teachers in applying and organizing play-based learning environments. She has over 10 years of experience as a classroom teacher in the Kenyan system, National British System and Reggio Emilia.

Anne has a passion for Experiential teaching and learning methodologies that provide learners with learning strategies and opportunities for holistic growth and development, as well as providing teachers with an opportunity for creativity and innovation in the classroom.
